Please let me know if you are unable to open the attachments or if there are others to whom this should be sent.
Just a reminder that this only includes works that are due to start between 1st – 15th November and longer term works that are still in progress will have been included on previous reports. Alternatively please refer to https://one.network/ which will include details on emergency roadworks.
On the morning of Saturday 31 October, we will be opening Pathfinder Link road, located in Mill Common; the first of the new roads constructed as part of the scheme in Huntingdon town centre.
The opening of Pathfinder Link road will provide a way for people to access Huntingdon from the A1307 (the old A14).
We understand the opening of this link road is important to many people within the local community for access to Huntingdon. To confirm the road has opened as planned, we will share a post on via the A428 Black Cat to Caxton Gibbet social media page on Saturday morning.

This is a request for volunteers for this winter 2020-2021
The Community Gritting Scheme is a scheme where local volunteers can help to keep their community moving in freezing weather. Under this scheme, the parish council agrees specific routes in their area which are important to the local community with the county council. The volunteers then grit these roads when needed, see the attached gritting training pack below for further information.
If you would like to volunteer please speak to your local highway officer at Cambridgeshire County Council at Cambridgeshire County Council, Highways Depot, Station Road, Whittlesford CB2 4NL or via email at highways@cambridgeshire.gov.uk
