Since moving to Willingham in the 1980’s I have seen a lot of changes. Having three children has meant I have been involved in a variety of ways in the village. Staff

Mandy Powell – Clerk

I moved into the area in 2007, knowing very little about Willingham and the surrounding villages. Joining the Council in 2010 as the Administrative Assistant and then subsequently becoming the Clerk in 2014 provided the opportunity to immerse myself in the parish and surrounding area giving me a strong attachment to both the village and its residents during my time here.

Before joining the Council, I have worked in various sectors over the years including financial services, education and adult care.

Amy Rudderham – Deputy Clerk

I live in Haddenham, and have done so my whole life. I live with my husband, two small children and our family dog.

Throughout my previous employment, I have worked as a Legal Secretary in various departments and as a Finance Assistant for a small business.

I joined the Council in 2022, as the Deputy Clerk and am currently working towards achieving my CiLCA qualification.

Sarah Rutherford – Responsible Finance Officer

Annika Osbourne – Risk and Compliance Officer

Clare Mumford – Litter Picker
