Parish Council Elections – FREE training for residents interested in becoming a councillor

Following the Community Governance Review, SCDC  are holding prospective councillor training sessions to help residents of Northstowe decide if they would like to nominate themselves. They are also extending this to residents of Willingham and Longstanton. The training will be provided by CAPALC and is free of charge to any resident who may be interested in becoming a Councillor.

The date offered is 8 March @ 7pm – and the session will be approximately two hours long and will take place on Zoom.

CAPALC have advised that there is a maximum capacity permitted into the session so I would ask that anyone interested in attending let the parish office know as soon as possible so that we can try and get you booked on.
