At Cambridgeshire ACRE, our team of Village Agents are here to support you. Whether it’s guidance, connections to community resources, or just a friendly chat, our Village Agents are ready to help.
You can find our friendly Village Agents at the Octagon Community Hub every Monday, 9am till 1pm. They offer a confidential and completely free service, with a focus on assisting you with identifying entitled benefits, completing forms, submitting blue badge applications, understanding confusing paperwork, and connecting you with local groups and other organisations that can provide additional help and advice.
You can trust our Village Agents, as they are all Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checked and maintain strict confidentiality.
Octagon Community Hub meets at The Octagon, St Mary and All Saints Church, Church Street, Willingham, CB24 5HS.
